Role Overview :
As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive client success by ensuring seamless onboarding, defining and tracking measurable success metrics, and managing long-term client relationships. Leveraging strong project management and communication skills, you will align expectations, oversee technical setups, and facilitate regular reviews to showcase solution ROI and build a competitive moat. With a client-centric focus and analytical expertise, you will proactively address customer needs, manage support inquiries, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and introduce upsell solutions. Collaborating across teams, you will deliver tailored strategies that reinforce client satisfaction and expand solution value.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable success plans.
- Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination during onboarding and ongoing reviews.
- Ability to define, track, and report on success metrics that demonstrate solution impact and ROI.
- Familiarity with software integration, resource allocation, and technical onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in conducting client-facing meetings, presentations, and tailored reporting.
- Skilled in addressing customer support inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to foster trust and deepen engagement with clients at all levels of their organization.
- Experience identifying unmet client needs and introducing additional solution offerings effectively.
- Familiarity with client’s relevant industry trends and applications of the company’s solutions to address their challenges.
- Ability to work across internal teams (e.g., support, sales, product) to deliver cohesive client experiences.
- Mandatory : Being able to deploy our products and configure / adjust them to the client needs. Work with development when additional professional services are required
