Charter Sales & Project Coordinator 80-100%
This is an exciting entry point into the world of commercial aviation at Zimex Aviation Group. As our Charter Sales & Projects Coordinator, you will take day-to-day ownership of our ATR charter passenger sales operations and support the team on a growing portfolio of commercial projects. You will report directly to the Department Lead, while working day-to-day alongside the Technical Projects & Government Programs Manager and Senior Project Manager, who will provide task-level guidance, support, and mentoring in their respective areas.

Your main tasks
ATR Charter Passenger Sales
Manage daily commercial operations for Zimex’s ATR charter passenger sales, including enquiry handling, quotation, and booking coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact for charter clients, brokers, and agents — delivering responsive, professional service.
Coordinate closely with Flight Operations and Flight Support to ensure smooth execution of charter flights.
Maintain accurate booking records, client communication logs, and sales reporting.
Project & Commercial Support
Support the Senior Project Manager on assigned commercial projects, contributing to client communication, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract documentation.
Track project milestones and follow up on open actions to ensure timely delivery.
Gradually take ownership of a defined project or client segment as experience and confidence develop.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Finance, and Flight Support to ensure client requirements are met.
Contribute to maintaining and updating CRM records, pipelines, and commercial databases.
Support the broader Sales & BD team with market research, event preparation, and ad hoc tasks as required.
Your qualifications
Up to 3 years of professional experience; a background in aviation, logistics, hospitality, or commercial/sales support is an advantage.
Or completed education in business administration, aviation management, tourism, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with care and accuracy.
Client-facing confidence; professional, clear, and responsive in written and verbal communication.
Eager to learn and grow; open to feedback and proactive in seeking development.
Business level German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable with standard Microsoft Office tools
Based in or able to commute to Glattbrugg; presence in the office at least 4 days per week is expected to ensure effective collaboration and day-to-day coordination with the team.
