For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field : Position : Senior Legal Counsel Sector : Industry Start Date : January 2024 Duration : 12+ months Utilization : 100% Location : Zurich Salary : CHF 160’000-200’000 Tasks Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements and distribution agreements Advise on and manage corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder matters, entity structuring, corporate compliance, and group policies Assist with the establishment and maintenance of corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions, advising on group structuring, financing arrangements, and legal entity management Provide legal support for marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, promotions, and intellectual property matters Handle complex legal matters that involve multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local and international laws Requirements Fluency in English Bar admission is a plus Min. 8 years PQE in a top-tier law firm and in-house legal department with a strong focus on commercial and corporate law Demonstrated experience with multi-jurisdictional legal matters and the ability to ensure compliance with local and international Closing At Alpinum Solutions, we offer a challenging and rewarding work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
