Senior Legal Counsel

Experience with institutional investors, fundraising activities, and drafting agreements with placement agents and distributions partners. Manage governance and corporate legal aspects, including circular resolutions, shareholder meetings, statutory invitations, amendments to articles of association, and service level agreements between entities, with a strong focus on labor law matters. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FINMA, BaFin, or similar authorities.
