With your expertise in SAP and passion for precision you’ll help us maintain seamless financial operations while being part of a dynamic and innovative global company. The position is part-time. Your mission Managing Accounts Payable Workflow : independently oversee the accounts payable processes, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately in SAP. Reconciliation : check and resolve any discrepancies of vendor accounts. Processing Advance Payments : handle the requests and ensure timely and proper documentation. Maintaining Supplier Master Data : update and manage supplier records in the system. Processing Travel & Expenses Reports : review, verify and process submissions to support employees and maintain compliance with company policies. Supporting Audits : assist in preparing documentation and providing insights during internal and external audits. Ensuring Compliance : review processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal frameworks. Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of financial systems. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); French is a plus. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently. A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a sense of humor who thrives in a collaborative setting.
