We are now looking to hire an Account Executive to lead the charge in driving sales growth across Switzerland. You must have a proven track record in leading business solutions software sales to Enterprise clients in Financial Services, preferentially in Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven sales track record, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver on Forecast and Quotas : Ensure accurate forecasting and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
- Prospect and Qualify : Identify and develop new business opportunities at existing clients and new prospects through targeted outreach, market awareness and existing relationships.
- Client Engagement : Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at various functions and organisational levels to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing : Lead contract negotiations and close win-win deals which pave the way for more success both at customer and at Evooq
- Orchestrate the Sales Team : Coordinate and lead cross-functional sales teams to align efforts and present a unified approach towards client needs and solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position Evooq solutions effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts through CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management.
