  • Account Management :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer.
  • Understand customers’ business strategies, challenges, and goals to align solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Moderate customer relationship management meeting.
  • Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Present and promote network products and solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Customer Engagement :
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs and provide updates on client' solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., solution department, supply chain, etc.) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis :
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams
  • Reporting and Documentation :
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status
  • Prepare regular reports on account status
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-centric spirit with the ability to align with internal processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within tech sector
  • Solid understanding of network technologies and solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience working with major carrier customers in the region.
  • Knowledge of network products and solutions.
  • Technical background or understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
