Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations :
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries and issues.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
HR Administration :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management :
- Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.
- Assist managers with performance-related issues and development plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
3 months of contract at 60%.
