For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a :

CREDIT ANALYST (Lombard & Morgages lending)

Job description

Within a small team your will be in charge of :

• Analysing the credit files, monitoring the credit exposures and reporting to Head of credit department
• Executing approved transactions including documentation and perfection of security
• Processing credit lines as well as fixed term loans in the system following approval of credit applications ensuring all terms & conditions are met
• Following up the required credit documentation collected for each file as per demands of the Credit Committee
• Monitoring of excesses under credit lines, uncovered credits and preparation of the periodic watchlists
• Controling and reporting on the credit approvals and watchlist to competent authorities
• Reviewing of mortgage loans and ensuring payment of interest and amortization as per approved schedule.

Required skills

• Master in business and finance
• Min. 5 years of experience as a credit analyst
• Good knowledge of modern tools and techniques for such an activity
• Capacity to assess credit risk
• Reports on work in progress on regular basis
• Ability to work autonomously
• Very good Communication and interpersonal skills
• General knowledge of banking regulationslation
• Available on short notice
• Languages : French and English
