Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quotations for spare parts based on customer enquiries
  • Recording customer orders in the SAP system
  • Prioritising and initiating the dispatch of spare parts orders
  • Invoicing and dispatch
  • Monitoring delivery dates
  • Monitoring all open quotations and proactively informing the corresponding customers

Hardskills

  • Completed degree odr studies in the field of business administration or similar
  • Professional experience in the administrative area
  • Routine handling of common MS Office programmes is a must
  • Experience in dealing with SAP MM & SD transactions
  • Good knowledge of German and English is required
