Responsibilities
- Preparation of quotations for spare parts based on customer enquiries
- Recording customer orders in the SAP system
- Prioritising and initiating the dispatch of spare parts orders
- Invoicing and dispatch
- Monitoring delivery dates
- Monitoring all open quotations and proactively informing the corresponding customers
Hardskills
- Completed degree odr studies in the field of business administration or similar
- Professional experience in the administrative area
- Routine handling of common MS Office programmes is a must
- Experience in dealing with SAP MM & SD transactions
- Good knowledge of German and English is required
