Responsibilities
Preparation of quotations for spare parts based on customer enquiries
Recording customer orders in the SAP system
Prioritising and initiating the dispatch of spare parts orders
Invoicing and dispatch
Monitoring delivery dates
Monitoring all open quotations and proactively informing the corresponding customers
Hardskills
Completed degree odr studies in the field of business administration or similar
Professional experience in the administrative area
Routine handling of common MS Office programmes is a must
Experience in dealing with SAP MM & SD transactions
Good knowledge of German and English is required
