Junior Client Relationship Manager

Instimatch Global is a Switzerland based global fintech company established in 2017. We revolutionized global money markets through digitalization by bringing instant price discovery, deal negotiation workflows and API integrations in a compliance friendly platform to treasuries across diverse sectors.

With trading in a range of products that includes unsecured cash deposits, repos, money market funds and FX, we have 300 institutional customers in 32 countries.

We are now looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Zurich and help us grow the business.

Tasks

In this role you would

• Support senior sales managers in new customer onboardings
• Contribute to after-sales success by actively engaging with customers once they are onboarded
• Pick up and resolve customer support requests
• Capture key data and customer interactions into the CRM
• Conduct market analysis and research
• Manage marketing activities (incl social media)
• Organize customer events

Requirements

• Loves interacting with customers and helping them
• Keeps a good sense of humor, even in the face of challenges
• Is experienced in financial markets and understands the jargon
• Approaches problems in a structured manner and is tenacious in reaching solutions
• Loves to learn something new everyday
• Is solution-oriented and data driven
• Is experienced in Excel and Python
• Is fluent in English and German
