our mission
As Food & Biochemistry Intern you will be responsible for supporting the effort to develop processes to efficiently extract our indulgent cream. You will work with microbiologists, fermentation scientist, and food technologists to ensure we extract a delicious ingredient in a price competitive way.

Project description
At Cultivated Biosciences we use fermentation to produce creamy, dairy-free ingredients for ice-cream, cheese, and milk. Our non-GMO yeast-based technology produces fats with a mouthfeel like cream, providing a sustainable alternative to animal dairy products that also delivers the same sensory experience.
