Senior Contracts Procurement Manager - Switzerland

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with experience in Procurement of Construction Contracts on FastTrack projects?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Procurement Contracts Manager to join our growing team. With excellent people skills, you have a proven ability to work in partnership at all levels.

This role will be based in Basel, Switzerland, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Working as part of Procurement function and Project teams and reporting to the Head of Commercial Services the role will be responsible for the Procurement Construction Contracts on FastTrack projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 15+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Pre-Qualification of Contractors
• Preparation and issue of tenders
• Commercial evaluation of tenders
• Chairing clarification meetings
• Leading commercial negotiations
• Preparing recommendation reports for Client approval
• Preparing and updating Procurement Strategy’s
• Preparing and updating Procurement Reports
• Preparation of Contract Documents
• Monitor contractors performance and drive improvement
• Contract Management support during the construction phase

Cost Control : Coordinate cost control activities, including budget preparation, forecasting, and management of project expenditures and financial reporting

Risk Management : Identify potential procurement risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk assessment and mitigation procedures

Management : Lead procurement and project control team

Qualifications
