MISSISSIPPI - Bar Waiter

Required Experience

• 2+ years’ experience as Bar Waiter or similar at a 5-Star hospitality and / or restaurant environment; shipboard experience is an advantage
• Outstanding knowledge in mixology, wine, and great customer service are an advantage
• Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards
• Excellent knowledge of all public health policies, especially US Health and FDA Standards
• Bar Card required
• Food handling certification required

As part of our Mississippi Food & Beverage team your job as a Bar Waiter / ess is to ensure a friendly and professional service at the bar, lounge and the sundeck in accordance with Viking’s STAR Service Standards
