Job Description & Summary

Your Impact

Lead the Corporate Sustainability (CS) Team and de velop PwC Switzerlands CS strategy in alignment with PwC Switzerlands purpose ensuring the compliance with standards like GRI GHG protocol or SBTi.

Coordinate the quarterly Sustainability reporting to PwC Global and build up the structure of PwC Switzerland s reporting in the medium term.

Evalua te and implement sustainability practices and policies in alignment with organizational goals (e.g. Internal Carbon Price) .

Organi z e internal communication events and upskilling on CS topics and campaigns .

Play a key role in within the Net Zero project including project management lead the workstreams emissions reductions renewable electricity carbon offsetting / removal decarbonisation of supply chain change management and communications .

Respond to client sustainability questionnaires or proposal requirements with client-facing teams.

Represent PwC Switzerland in the global and EMEA CSR community and externally to partners and stakeholders.

Your Skill Set

University degree in a relevant discipline in the fields of natural sciences social sciences engineering economics preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences .

At least 3 years relevant experience in delivering and implementing sustainability projec ts / programmes and sustainibility reporting.

Solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends as well as the policy landscape around climate change.

A ble to work independently and take responsib ility while also being a strong team player .

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German .
