BRAND MANAGER

Based at the Swiss HQ, he / she will responsible to developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned products and lead a lean team responsible to design and deploy brand activities, to achieve marketing objectives and to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategic decision.
Responsibilities
- develop a deep understanding of the assigned therapeutic area, including market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer needs;
- identify and prioritize key growth opportunities within the therapeutic area;
- collaborate with cross - functional team (MA, R&S and Sales) to ensure alignment on therapeutic area strategies and initiatives;
- develop and implement comprehensive Marketing Plan for assigned products, including brand positioning, messaging and go to market strategies to support sales execution;
- conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights and inform marketing decision;
- manage the Marketing Budget and track KPIs;
- collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure effective product promotion;
- oversee the planning and conferences, training and internal meeting (Local & EU + Extra EU).
Required Skills
Master's degree in Scientific Disciplines;8+ years of Marketing experience in the Healthcare Market;strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning, and execution;solid experience in communication techniques and leadership team;deep analytical skills with an eye for detail;proficient in English and Italian (an additional language would be a plus);availability to travel up to 35%.Preferred Skills
proven understanding of different markets and cultures;previous experience in International Marketing;focus on specific skills such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation. Ability to use these tools to create effective marketing campaigns and measure results.Place to work : Lugano (CH), full time, 1 / 5 day smart working.
