  • Maintain and update databases to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries professionally.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office through various support tasks.
  • Educational background in administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and MS office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
