Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
Assist with basic accounting functions, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Prepare and process financial documents and reports accurately.
Maintain and update databases to ensure information is current and accessible.
Support the team with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries professionally.
Contribute to the smooth running of the office through various support tasks.
Educational background in administration, accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in relevant software and MS office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
