Since its founding in 1901, it has offered many famous personalities a luxurious retreat, and today this 4-star hotel remains one of Switzerland′s top destinations. The 53 rooms and suites, many of which will be newly renovated in 2024, offer either lake or mountain views and promise peaceful nights in a stylish ambiance.

Executive Chef Ruud Oosdijk takes guests on a culinary journey at Restaurant Inspiration, where he passionately creates innovative dishes using fresh, regional ingredients. At Restaurant Sens, a pop-up platform featuring some of the world’s most renowned chefs, guests can enjoy gastronomic highlights with breathtaking views of the lake and the Swiss mountain panorama.

Relaxation awaits in the wellness area, offering a sauna, steam bath, outdoor whirlpool, and a lakeside gondola sauna. In addition to the gym, water sports activities and hiking trails provide variety. A special adventure awaits with the Subspirit, allowing guests to dive into the depths of Lake Lucerne in a submarine and explore the underwater world. The event calendar is equally exciting, featuring everything from lively parties and yoga by the water to thrilling murder mystery evenings.

Your tasks

In this role, you will perform the following activities :

• Porter services, luggage service
• Cleaning of arrival, rest and departure rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards
• Daily check of rooms for lost property and guest laundry
• Garden maintenance (flower care, lawn mowing, plant trimming, etc.)
• Receiving and sorting hotel laundry from the dry cleaners
• Basic cleaning work
• Compliance with hotel standards and quality management

Your profil

You have experience in housekeeping and catering. You are a team player, act purposefully and quality-consciously and play your part in offering our guests a pleasant and unforgettable stay. To achieve this goal, we require a few things that we consider to be very important : Friendliness, openness, accessibility, your own motivation and enjoyment of what you have chosen to do professionally - in short, ambition and fascination!
