Position Overview : As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing bookings and ensuring seamless communication across our departments to deliver an exceptional experience tailored to each guest's needs. This role requires a strong sales focus, attention to financial goals, and a proactive approach to optimize booking revenue while maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage client reservations with meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a focus on achieving financial and sales targets.
- Handle inquiries and bookings with exceptional service and salesmanship, leveraging opportunities to maximize revenue and upsell services where appropriate.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our programs and services to guide clients in selecting experiences that meet their needs and support our financial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with medical and hospitality teams to ensure client preferences and special requests are flawlessly executed.
- Take the initiative to address and resolve any issues, striving for client satisfaction and loyalty.
What We’re Looking for :
Languages : Native French, fluent English (written and spoken), fluent Spanish (written and spoken).Experience : Minimum 5 years in a luxury hospitality setting, ideally within reservations or guest relations, with a proven track record in sales.Skills & Qualities :Sales & Financial Orientation : An excellent sales approach, with a focus on meeting financial goals and optimizing revenue.
