Position Overview

This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically oriented individual with a strong interest in advanced instrumentation and customer support. As a Field Service Intern , you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and performance verification of Nanolive’s cutting-edge imaging platforms. Working closely with experienced service personal, you will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system calibration, and customer interaction, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality user experience with Nanolive products.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Support :

• Conduct installations and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure long-term performance.
• Perform software upgrades to keep our customers up-to date.
• Deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshooting issues remotely or on-site to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Actively monitor the status of customer contracts. Track and schedule on-site PM visit(s).
