Art Director

Swisswhite GmbH International Brands is a Swiss company developing leading brands in the fields of beauty & teeth whitening .

With Swiss roots and a dedicated team we create beauty product lines that combine effectiveness and design . Our most well-known oral beauty brands include POP and Smilepen .

Our core team small but mighty is based in Baar Zug (just a stones throw from Zurich).

And were looking for an Art Director (80-100%) someone who loves design&Beauty and brings concepts to life. Someone who sees the big picture but also enjoys diving into the details.

If you like rolling up your sleeves working closely with a passionate team and shaping products that stand out and make people smile youll fit right in with us.

Tasks

• Develop and design creative concepts and visuals for our brands and products from packaging and digital experiences to social media reels.
• Bring structure organization and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create ideas and design solutions for packaging websites interfaces and marketing assets that align perfectly with upcoming product launches.
• Be AI-savvy you like to use new tools and technologies to speed up creative processes stay curious and quickly turn ideas into action.
• Coordinate freelancers and manage projects independently from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams from the first product idea to launch.
• Stay on top of design and beauty trends always with an eye for whats next.

Requirements

Were a close-knit team that loves building things together. Youll find us most days in our office in Baar but we also keep it flexible with one home office day a week.
