Your mission - Partner with site leadership teams to understand and execute the organization’s human resources needs - Lead and coach managers and employees in change - Manage and empower HR staff within Switzerland - Provide input on workforce and succession planning support as well for business unit restructuring - Collaborate with colleagues in the human resource organization to develop policies, programs and solutions - Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conduct through and objective investigations when necessary - Find ways to strengthen company values, improve workplace relationship and boost retention - Ensure regulatory compliance with laws and regulations. Maintain knowledge of trends with respect to HR topics Your profile - Bachelor’s degree with specialization and / or further qualification in HR management - A minimum of 5 years experience in working as Human Resource Manager in a manufacturing setting is preferred - Previous experience in professional development and training is a plus - Current, in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to human resources and employee management - Can-do attitude with strong focus on implementation, supportive team player - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in German, French and English On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Manager (m / w / d) 80-100%
