IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

We, the German Red Cross in the StädteRegion Aachen, are looking for a full-time IT System Administrator (m / f / d) for our IT department with immediate effect. This position is offered on a permanent basis.

The DRK Kreisverband Städteregion Aachen e.V. and its subsidiaries are a non-profit welfare association and national aid organization with over 900 employees and around 2,000 volunteers in 10 local associations. The DRK in the StädteRegion Aachen operates 12 daycare centers, occupational health management, several rescue stations, refugee shelters, 3 day care centers and much more.

Exciting tasks with us :

Administration of our physical and virtual system landscape (Microsoft Hyper-V)

Administration of the network infrastructure (LANCOM, HP, etc.)

Administration of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 instances

Support and user support in common Microsoft Windows applications and Apple iPhone / iPad

Support for roll-outs of operating systems and mobile device management

Collaboration in projects (licensing, IT security, etc.) desired

People who inspire us :

have completed IT-related training (IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist), autodidacts and career changers (university dropouts) are also welcome

have (initial) professional experience in administration and support

have very good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies

are ideally industry-standard technologically certified (MCP, MCSA, etc.)

have a high level of service orientation and communication skills

are open and empathetic
