About the Role

NAGRA Scout is revolutionizing how telcos deliver cybersecurity to residential customers. We need an innovative designer to bridge the gap between complex threat protection and everyday users who lack technical expertise. This internship focuses on creating an intuitive, AI-enhanced interface that empowers telco subscribers to understand and manage their home network security effortlessly, ultimately driving product adoption and upsell conversion for our telco partners.

The Challenge

Non-technical users struggle to comprehend cybersecurity threats, device vulnerabilities, and network health, and identify scams and phishing in their connected homes. Current security interfaces overwhelm "lambda users" with technical jargon and complex data. Your mission is to design an experience that :

• Translates technical security alerts into actionable, understandable insights
• Leverages AI to provide contextual explanations and recommendations
• Simplifies device discovery, threat monitoring, and parental controls
• Creates trust and confidence that encourages telco customers to upgrade to premium cybersecurity services
