Your challenge
- Work in the global SAP CX Team which drives all CX projects and operational activities
- Be part of the project team implementing new solutions in our key markets
- Implement new functionalities through configuration and adaptation of SAP CX cloud solutions
- Provide first, second and third level support for SAP CX production environment, including monitoring and troubleshooting
