Fund Line Manager

Calame & Cie SA Line Manager Funds (M/F) Mission As part of this role, in our UAP Service, you are responsible for steering the industrial performance of the Funds line and actively contribute to the development of synergies with other lines in the service. As a hands-on manager, you unite, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary team of around twenty. You facilitate the management rituals, promote teamwork, and develop competencies, ensuring compliance with quality criteria and standards, thereby contributing to the creation of some of the finest watches in the world. Responsibilities - Manage the activities of the Funds line while ensuring Quality, Agility, and Efficiency (QAE) objectives, in adherence to standards and requirements. - Lead, supervise, and support your team in managing individual and collective performance, fostering learning, versatility, and development necessary for each person and the sustainable performance of the team. - Drive and animate problem-solving initiatives with the teams in a continuous improvement approach aimed at achieving the performance goals of the line. - Manage the production flow using the CONWIP methodology, in order to control work in progress, secure deadlines, and ensure adherence to the production plan. - Lead continuous improvement actions and the 5S approach in collaboration with support services (Quality, Methods, Logistics, HR). Profile sought Technician ES and/or Engineering degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience in a managerial position in the field of industrial production. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement tools and production management (5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods). Very good understanding of the global functioning of an industrial company, both in terms of processes and office tools (MS Office). Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong sense of listening. Ability to create cross-functional links within the scope of their activities, decision-making capacity, sense of initiative, and adaptability in an evolving environment.
