This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment where your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will make a real impactespecially supporting VIP and C-Level users. As a Service Desk Specialist at SGS you will :
- Ensure availability of the Service Desk Hotline (8am6pm)
- Provide premium support to end users including VIPs and ExCo members
- Deliver occasional on-site support at CH Laboratories
- Install and configure desktops laptops mobile devices printers and software
- Manage and support Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Support user account management in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications : Essential :
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft 365 Exchange OnlineExperience with Active Directory Azure AD and Windows Server 2016Familiarity with Cisco switches wired / wireless networking and patchingExperience supporting mobile devices and multifunction printersUnderstanding of ITIL-based service management and Microsoft security frameworksAbility to deliver training and support to end users with a customer-focused approachProficiency in English and German (French is a plus)23 years experience in IT support or service desk rolesDesirable :
