For our partner based in Neuchâtel, The Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a :
SPECIALIST, SCHEDULING AND CELL LOGISTICS
Missions :
- Act as initial and main point of contact for centres, processing sites, manufacturing sites, etc...
- Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with centers, manufacturing sites, treatment sites and third party logistics.
- Monitor collection, delivery, transportation and manufacturing activities
- Solve problems and develop action plans
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Capture and maintain transactional patient schedule data in the company planning system
- Train treatment sites to patient planning processes as required.
- Document customer and partner feedback
- Create and maintain the basic data in the account management system
- Actively participate in meetings
- Provide real-time support to external users on the planning portal
- Monitor and sort requests and issues in the case management system.
- Lead meetings with clinical and commercial matrix teams
