About this role

This role will be accountable for making product decisions and recommendations for the assigned Line of Business, seeing product changes from ideation to implementation. In this newly created position, you will collaborate with members of senior leadership and Business Unit Product Managers as well as with multi-functional teams on a regular basis.  This function will support portfolio and R&D investments decisions as well as drive product management excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Technical Product Management delivering cross-product technology solutions to differentiate and foster growth potentials

Drive portfolio management and R&D investments across Business Units

Define and be responsible for the new product portfolio business cases, including financials, ROI, IRR strategy, introductory go to market plans, and product lifecycle management

Manage the assigned existing product line portfolio and align to growth and execution strategies through coordination with the responsible organization teams

Assimilate and synthesize market trends, customer and competitor analyses

Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions, improve features, and optimized the user experience.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Develop and execute the strategy for high-impact technical projects, which may include but are not limited to : implementing a comprehensive department-wide execution

Gather and analyze customer insights to drive product innovations collaborating closely with customers to understand specific requirements

Drive Go-to-market activities for successful product launches with regional Business Units

Drive cross divisional Product Management network, best practice sharing and key decision making committees

Represent and present the product line portfolio to customers and within industry forums

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for multiple audience

This is a highly cross-functional role and will work closely with engineering, product, marketing, sales, account management, delivery, digital and client services teams

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

10+ years of technical product management experience

5+ years of leadership experience managing a portfolio and / or P&L

Preferred Qualifications

Track record of experimenting and successfully launching products at scale

Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strategic alliances with industry partners and stakeholders

Experience driving a sustainability solutions

Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to adapt to change and move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams

Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional products that exceed customer expectations

Ability to influence and build consensus without direct authority
