You support the ETH Board and our institutions in the development of the real estate portfolio so that the infrastructure and buildings necessary for the performance of our core activities of teaching and research are available in good time. You manage internal credits and consolidate the ongoing investment planning as well as the periodic reports of our institutions on investments / costs and climate, environment and energy issues, etc. You coordinate the maintenance of the value and function of the real estate portfolio. You will continue to develop our data management concept (consolidations and evaluations based on SAP).
