You support the ETH Board and our institutions in the development of the real estate portfolio so that the infrastructure and buildings necessary for the performance of our core activities of teaching and research are available in good time. You manage internal credits and consolidate the ongoing investment planning as well as the periodic reports of our institutions on investments / costs and climate, environment and energy issues, etc. You coordinate the maintenance of the value and function of the real estate portfolio. You will continue to develop our data management concept (consolidations and evaluations based on SAP).

Your profile :

• University-level education in economics, engineering or real estate (possibly a combination of several disciplines)
• Proven experience in the relevant field of work at the operational and conceptual level
• Good knowledge of the use of digital data in property management
• Interest in sustainable construction to achieve our climate goals
• Ability to work autonomously, accurately and reliably, and to work in a network
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, comfortable in exchanges with management bodies
• Native German or French speaker, with a very good command of the other language, both oral and written, as well as a very good knowledge of English
