Process & equipement data analyst (m / f / d)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated process & equipment data analyst to join the data & analytics team within its Healthcare Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to both equipment data monitoring (i.e OSI Soft®) and scientific data management (i.e Biovia Discoverant®). This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Capture user requirements related to the monitoring of a large variety of equipment parameters, scientific data management and to define improvements for data availability.Support the deployment of new releases which correspond to improvements of both solutions : Biovia Discoverant® & OSI Soft ®Build and maintain analytical views using but also report OSI Soft module.Collaborate with equipment experts, process owners, and project managers to evaluate business cases and transmit data-related requirements and develop a data & analytics culture on the shop floor and support the site data strategyPropose new analytical solutions based on data, such as ML algorithms for predictive preventive maintenance and process manufacturing improvements.Coordinate documentation review and support validation programs, including system validation, testing, and risk assessments and contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation templates, procedures, and best practices. Your profile : Master’s degree in basic science, engineering, or a related field with at least 3 –5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.Proven experience with OSI Soft module and Biovia Discoverant® or similar data management solutions.Knowledge of process manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements, familiarity with validation principles, testing methodologies, and regulatory standards (i.e GAMP 5 or similar)Proficiency in capturing and analyzing user requirements related to equipment parameters and biotech manufacturing process data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and experience in supporting the users to solve technical and functional issues. Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, proficiency in French language is preferred.
