Food Buyer 100%Your responsibilities : You manage the business of the products under your responsibility. You optimize the assortment and the implementation of promotions to improve the profitability of your products. You constantly ensure the search for new products and better sources. You develop a trusting relationship with our suppliers, our sales sectors, and our customers.Your profile : You hold a vocational diploma as a commercial employee or have similar qualifications. You have a strong command of French and very good knowledge of German. You master the art of negotiation. You have a vision and good analytical skills, and you demonstrate discretion. With an entrepreneurial spirit, your talents and your ability to synthesize allow you to propose relevant solutions and reach set objectives. You are rigorous, tenacious, and resilient under stress; you are a reliable and autonomous person. You love gastronomy, commerce, numbers, and you are proficient with tools.
