United Methodist Homes, a non-profit senior living organization serving its 140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Porter to work at our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our Long Term / Rehabilitation community : Bishop Wicke.

Available Shift :

Part Time 16 hours from 4 : 00pm to Midnight.
Includes every other weekend and one weekday evening.
Also works every other holiday.

Duties will include but are not limited to :

Performs routine internal cleaning assignments in a timely and effective manner as evidenced by feedback of others.

Contributes to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance.

Demonstrates commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of United Methodist Homes.

Collaborates with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the facility.

Requirements :

Education - Must be able to read, write and perform basic math functions.

Experience - Entry level position, previous institutional cleaning desired.

Licensure - N / A.

Testing - Pre-placement physical & drug test required.
