StellenbeschreibungTake full responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated annual financial statements under IFRS for the Group Ensure compliance with all relevant IFRS standards and regulatory requirements Perform consolidation entries and intercompany reconciliations Analyze and comment on consolidated financial statements and prepare reports for management Support the optimization of consolidation processes and reporting structures Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during the year-end audit Advise internal stakeholders on IFRS-related matters and provide training to the Finance team Participate in special projects, such as implementation of new IFRS standards or system migrations Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in group accounting and IFRS reporting In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Experience with consolidation systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Tagetik, or similar) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured working approach Excellent command of English (company language) A challenging role in an international environment Flexible working models and attractive compensation Opportunity to shape processes and structures Collaboration with a dynamic and professional team
