Team mission

We are a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers Content Designers and UX Researchers that are passionate about solving customer problems in an effective and delightful way. We combine empathy our craft and creativity to create valuable usable and delightful product experiences. Our work is guided by strong principles that make our experience focus on value and feel simple trustworthy human and unique. We collaborate with Product Engineering and Data to ensure those principles are front and center in the features we develop.

The Localization and Communications Platform Team Mission is to build and maintain consolidated and scalable infrastructure and tools to enable engineering marketing and supply teams to deliver consistent personalized and relevant communications across multiple channels in our customers preferred language.

Your mission

• Design and iterate with your team on high quality communication channels including email push notifications SMS experiences.
• Partner with design systems to enable modular frameworks for our communication channels
• Partner closely with Marketing and Brand to understand their messaging needs.
• Craft high-quality experiences and interfaces across web and apps.
• You will leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in making day-to-day design and product decisions.
• Work with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and test your own designs.
• Work closely with Content Design to structure and iterate upon your designs.
• Develop a strong user-centered point of view on your product area and collaboratively advocate for user needs and your vision.
• You will mentor other designers and give constructive feedback to strengthen your peers decision-making skills and quality of work.
• Collaborate with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment create shared understanding and communicate your design rationale.
