Private PA
Overview
Tiger Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a Private household in the search for a Personal Assistant to support their fast paced lifestyle.
The role is highly varied and will include responsibilities that range from personal to more executive, so it is important to be able to balance both.
This is a permanent position based in Zurich with the flexibility and willingness to travel 2-3 months of the year within Switzerland and Sweden.
Main responsibilities
- Assist with Travel and Accommodation including flights, hotels and excursions.
- Pay Invoices and Bills including completing paperwork and admin, together with simple Accounting Tasks
- Scheduling and booking meetings
- Researching tasks to find various products and services
- Assisting in the management of the household including overseeing domestic support, restaurant bookings, food orders etc
- Managing online orders including Online Shopping, Payments, Packages, Returns, Shipments and Post Office
- Driving between appointments or further afield
- Book Appointments with lifestyle and health providers
Your skills :
Experience in a similar role supporting a private, professional coupleYou will be professional and structured with the ability to plan and prioritise.A willingness to take on a range of tasksEnglish speaking is essential with conversational German and Swedish a big plus.Experience in Hospitality is beneficialSwiss Drivers LicenseUnderstanding of technology and social mediaFor this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid EU / EFTA passport or an existing EU Residency permit.
