Ensure project designs and resource estimates align with SAP standards and the organization's goals. Oversee SAP service changes, infrastructure upgrades, and collaborate on seamless operations. Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve SAP-related incidents. Stay updated on market trends and SAP innovations, particularly regarding SAP S / 4HANA and SuccessFactors. Analyze supplier roadmaps and end-of-life cycles, providing recommendations for action. Strong experience in S / 4Hana transformation projects Experience in managing SAP cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) & SAP services within a SIAM framework Understanding of FICO OR HCM Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluency in English - French is a plus Attractive package Dynamic work environment
