Job Description

The job in brief :

Job Title - Commercial Specialist

Location - Switzerland (Chiasso)

Working model  – hybrid from Switzerland

Team - you will join the Packages Value Stream team within the Marketplace department

Level - Professional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical / discipline knowledge), reporting to Head of Commercial for Packages

Contract - Permanent, full time (36 h / week)

What your impact will be :

• Contribute to steer Package sales ( flight+hotel and Tour Operator Packages) to , focusing on improving our commercial proposition to enhance conversion rate and revenues
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance by destination / product in order to make informed decisions on the actions to be taken and drive conversations with your line manager and Packages Director
• Monitor and analyse marketing channels performance, in order to better understand customer behaviour and optimise the offering
• Gather, analyse and interpret sales and market information in order to provide meaningful feedback on competitors’ landscape, and make recommendations for the packages strategy
