What it's about
As a Fund Financing Analyst, you play an important role in Partners Group’s Fund Financing team in London or Zug. The team is responsible for developing financing solutions for Partners Group's investment structures and funds, including subscription-backed credit facilities, NAV facilities, bespoke investment specific financing solutions, credit facilities for evergreen investment structures and implementation of letters of credit. Your tasks will include :
- Supporting senior colleagues with the structuring and negotiation of new financings across different products and asset classes
- Maintaining existing credit facilities in conjunction with senior colleagues and portfolio managers including managing the negotiation of amendments to existing facilities
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with lenders, agency teams, law firms and peers
- Working with senior team members on day-to-day information requests
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors

What we expect
Qualifications : Bachelor's or master's degree in a related subject such as banking, finance, law or accounting.Experience : 1-3 years of fund financing and / or capital markets experience in a leading bank, asset management firm or law firmStrong analytical capabilities : Investing in private markets requires professionals who can quickly and comprehensively learn and master new skills.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills : Our business language is English; however, additional languages are highly valued.A strong work ethic and a professional demeanor with project management skills and the ability to work under pressure.Energy and passion : We want professionals who are ready to work hard and positively contribute to our culture and our success.
