How you can make an impact We are looking for an experienced IT / Cyber Analyst to strengthen our Swiss security team. In this role, you will support the CISO function, manage day to day requests and approvals, support and troubleshoot cyber related incidents dedicated to the Swiss environment, support the Identity and Access Management (I&AM) function, support the review of our on-premise and cloud infrastructure guardrails, and ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and international security standards. You will contribute to projects across the organization.
- Support the local and wider CISO function
- Review Cyber guardrails on a regular basis
- Document and improve the local Cyber processes
- Maintain compliance
- Support the team within the :
- I&AM user lifecycle function
- Phishing campaigns
- Day to day Cyber operations
- Respond to security incidents and support vulnerability management
- Collaborate with cloud architects, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams
- Propose and implement improvements that strengthen security controls and add tangible value.
- Support, organize and track penetration testing efforts
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Who We Are Looking For Essential
Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBasic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorisation, and access provisioningExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, and the capacity to convey highly complex cybersecurity topics and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at various hierarchical levels.Possess strong organizational skills to facilitate management and tracking of large numbers of incidents, requests and associated tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracy when handling security requests and documentationAwareness of cloud security principles in Microsoft AzureProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in the cyber security fieldAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departmentsProfessional and service-oriented approach when supporting colleagues and stakeholdersDesirable
