Materiovigilance Assistant

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Recording and investigating the Customer complaints
• Preparing the reportability assessment
• Analyzing the technical data and review of the documentation
• Organizing and participating to the investigation meetings
• Preparing the Customer complaint reports
• Preparing the Vigilance reports
• Interacting with the Sales, Competent Authorities and Notified Bodies
• Organizing the devices received from the field
• Planning and organizing the Complaint training
