Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Raw Materials Management
- Ensure adequate stock coverage by monitoring inventory levels, supplier lead times, and shelf-life constraints.
- Support pilot batches and new product launch planning (Pilots / Launch Plan).
- Actively participate in operations and project meetings.
- Ensure accurate stock data in SAP and Abacus and manage corrections (including IDOC adjustments).
- Upload and manage legal documentation required for import / export of raw materials.
2. Bulk tactical planning
Review FG demand in SAP and identify risks where forecasts do not convert into purchase orders.Create and maintain Bulk Net Demand Forecasts (NDFs), ensuring accuracy of demand, inventory, and production data.Ensure bulk inventory alignment between SAP and Abacus until RM project go-live.Share bulk forecasts with Raw Material Planning and Finance to ensure visibility and alignment.Create bulk purchase orders in SAP, including correct vessel sizing and scrap rate assumptions.Post goods receipts in SAP and perform manual corrections when required.Execute month-end financial reconciliation, ensuring alignment between bulk POs and Abacus sales orders.Maintain formula master data and BOMs in SAP, including change management for revised formulas.Monitor scrap rates in bulk production and track long-term forecast trends, escalating key risks proactively3. Purchase Process & Order Follow-Up
Create Purchase Orders (POs).Monitor supplier delivery commitments and update delivery dates in SAP.Maintain accurate pricing in cooperation with Procurement.4 Abacus SAP Master Management

Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, or Purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Strong experience with SAP (MM module preferred).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
