You motivate the teams tocontinuously improve and help to clear obstacles out of theway. With other scrum masters and release trainengineers, you develop new ideas and improve collaboration withinthe organization with the help of our internalcommunity. Together with our agile coaches, youshape an environment that enables the teams to focus on deliveringbeneficial results and continue to develop. Youdevelop a sense for the teams' specialist and technicalchallenges and support them along theway. You have several years ofpractical experience as a scrum master in agile teams andorganizations; knowledge of SAFe is anadvantage. As a team player with strongcommunication skills, empathy and a good feel for people, yourecognize what the teams need. Thanks to yourflexibility, individual responsibility and solution-orientedapproach, you strike the perfect balance between methodologicalstability and pragmatism. Your coordinationskills, global perspective and ability to communicate respectfullyset you apart.
