For our location in Zürich Switzerland, we are looking for an CS Onsite Technician (m / w / d) must work onsite on a rotation scheme at our client’s two different sites in Zuerich.

S / He has to be able to understand the current setup of the IBM z / OS and the ADVA environment.

The technician has to liaise with the different client teams. Technician has to be willing to work on-call service (on rotation scheme).

Your responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting of IBM z / OS or ADVA hardware problems
  • Add / change / update support tickets at IBM’s web interface
  • Support Installations, Moves, Adds or changes of IBM and ADVA hardware
  • Work with clients tools (ServiceNow, Installation Tool, Cabling Management Tool,
  • Administering access rights for external technicians

Your profile

  • Technician should have a in depth know how on IBM z / OS hardware (IBM Mainframe Practitioner would be very welcomed)
  • Technician should have a good know how on ADVA DWDM hardware.
  • Technician should be willing to work in a small team (4 technicians)
