- Manage an extremely active calendar including contradictory requests and time zone differences
- React to calendar changes and liaise with relevant parties to find alternative solutions
- Prioritize and schedule business meetings and conference calls with multiple stakeholders around the Globe
- Arrange complex travel arrangements and respond to any last-minute travel issues such as cancellations
- Liaising with clients, international business partners and colleagues, thereby ensuring clear communication between all internal and external interfaces
- Organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops, team events and preparation of accompanying material
- Handle expenses and invoices on a timely manner
- Review and prepare miscellaneous reports, presentations and documents
- File documents in an efficient manner while ensuring absolute data confidentiality
- Successfully completed commercial education, a further education as certified Executive Assistant is a plus
- At least five years of working experience in a comparable role, ideally supporting a CFO
- Previous experience within a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Business fluency in English is an absolute must, any additional language is considered an asset
- Excellent MS Office (especially PowerPoint) skills, as well as experience in working with SAP and a general savviness for IT
