We are seeking ERP Product Line & EMEA Business Relationship Management to join our team in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland!

The ERP Product Line & EMEA BRM, is a senior global IT executive accountable for the strategy, governance, and performance of Vertiv’s ERP platforms while serving as the strategic IT partner to the EMEA business leadership. Globally, this leader defines and executes the ERP roadmap—modernizing platforms, driving standardization, and ensuring ERP delivers measurable business value. Regionally, as BRM for EMEA, the role ensures alignment of global IT capabilities with business priorities, maximizes value realization, and represents EMEA needs into global IT decision-making.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Define and execute the global ERP product line strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, global standards, and Vertiv’s product-centric IT model.
  
• Provide executive leadership to global and regional ERP teams, driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across regions.
  
• Lead ERP modernization and simplification, adopting composable, modular, and cloud-ready approaches to enable scalable, future-proof solutions.
  
• Oversee ERP governance, compliance (SOX), and data integrity, ensuring effective change control and risk management.
  
• Act as the strategic IT partner for EMEA leadership, ensuring ERP and other global platforms deliver business value and are aligned with regional priorities.
  
• Represent regional business needs into global IT forums, influencing ERP and platform roadmaps and prioritization.
  
• Drive adoption, change management, and business readiness for ERP and global IT initiatives across EMEA.
  
• Sponsor and steer major ERP initiatives, including global template rollouts, M&A integrations, and new factory deployments.
  
• Manage senior-level vendor and partner relationships (Oracle, system integrators) to maximize value and ensure strategic alignment.
  
• Build and develop a high-performing global ERP organization, fostering talent growth, collaboration, and a strong product mindset.
  
• Monitor and improve ERP service levels and user experience, leveraging KPIs, feedback, and continuous improvement practices.
  

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  
• 15+ years of experience in IT or enterprise systems roles, with at least 10 years focused on ERP platforms, including significant experience with Oracle EBS.
  
• Proven track record in leading global ERP programs, including implementation, support, and modernization initiatives.
  
• At least 5 years in executive or VP-level leadership, managing global and regional teams across cultures.
  
• Experience in business relationship management at regional or global level, influencing senior executives and driving adoption of IT platforms.
  
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sectors strongly preferred.
  
• Experience leading in a product-centric, Agile IT environment.
  
• Deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): strong understanding of core modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
  
• ERP architecture knowledge, including integrations, data models, configuration management, and performance optimization.
  
• Understanding of composable architecture principles, including modular ERP, API-based integrations, and platform interoperability.
  
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms (, Oracle Integration Cloud, BizTalk, or similar).
  
• Familiarity with cloud ERP trends and technologies, including readiness assessment and migration strategies.
  
• Strong grasp of data governance, master data management (MDM), and the role of ERP as a system of record.
  
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools integrated with ERP systems (, Oracle BI, Power BI).
  
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance (SOX), and ERP risk management frameworks.
  
• Comfort with Agile and DevOps practices as applied to ERP development and support.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and order-to-cash.
  
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP capabilities and product features.
  
• Experience leading ERP implementations and rollouts, including global template design, change management, and training.
  
• Proficiency in product management practices, including product backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  
• Knowledge of ERP governance models, including demand management, enhancement prioritization, and change control.
  
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT to ensure ERP alignment and value delivery.
  
• Strong vendor and contract management skills, especially with Oracle and system integrators.
