What Youll Be Doing

• Manage the O2C process: invoicing cash application collections and dispute resolution
  
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
  
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts
  
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting Finance Customer Support)
