This is a unique opportunity for a legal professional with expertise in compliance, contractual, and corporate matters to support an innovative player in the crypto and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expertise in compliance, contracts, and corporate law.
• Assist with obtaining an asset management license with Swiss regulators (FINMA).
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Develop and implement a regulatory and compliance program within the organization.
• Lead, manage, and optimize compliance processes per Swiss regulations.
• Conduct legal research on Swiss laws, advising on relevant legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal and compliance concerns.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with investment restrictions.
• Provide employee training on regulatory and compliance topics.
• Identify and resolve any potential compliance gaps with internal teams.
