Your main tasks will include : Designing and developing interactive programs (e-learning, blended learning), developing and implementing quizzes to assess participants' knowledge for training modules in collaboration with experts, analyzing training needs for an online LMS, creating learning pathways, managing multimedia resources such as videos, interactive graphics, and audio for enriching the learning experience, and overseeing studio shooting sessions and managing necessary equipment. Required qualifications : You have a degree in engineering and experience in designing interactive educational content. You have experience in video / audio editing. You know how to work in project mode. You master tools for and LMS. You have good knowledge of the X system and are a resident of Switzerland or hold a valid permit.
